Reflecting on 2024
This year has been so much transition for me, and I’m sure you’ve seen some choppy waters too…
I’ve been MIA, mostly to get settled into a new job, but also because I’m just not sure what to share that would be helpful to you.
I want to share something I know will be helpful for me as I step into 2025.
Asking questions has been one of the most profound ways I’ve discovered to help me make changes, shift my mindset, and do deep work to understand myself and the world around me better.
With this in mind, I’m sharing a few questions to reflect on the past year.
- What did you learn this year, and how did you apply it to your daily life?
- What did you find challenging this year, and how did you overcome that?
- When did you feel happy, joyful, or fulfilled this year? If you didn’t, why not?
- Who felt overwhelming, demanding, or challenging this past year and why?
- What did you find enjoyable to do this year with others?
- What did you enjoy doing alone?
- Who did you enjoy spending time with the most? What did you like about it?
- What relationships do you want to work on in the next year? (Self, partner, coworkers, boss, friends, family, or others?)
- What are you pondering now that you’ve responded to these questions?
Thanks for a wonderful year; keep inspiring me!
I would love to hear your answers, feel free to reply and share something with me.
Best,
